We offer easy-to-use franchise management solutions which are supported through an online portal and assigned customer success representative.
The online portal provides a knowledge base (KB), ticketing system and product news. The KB contains training and answers to common questions. With the KB franchisors are provided with an easy way to onboard new field coaches and franchisees onto FranchiseBlast’s solutions. FranchiseBlast also helps franchisors roll-out their program with standardized training content, the presentation of key performance metrics and franchisee engagement.
The ticketing system provides an easy way to enter and track support requests which are addressed by the front-line support team. The majority of franchisor support requests are bulk uploads and assistance with questionnaires.
Each brand has a customer success representative assigned to their account to manage the relationship and act as a single point of contact. This helps to ensure FranchiseBlast’s support and development teams are kept informed about the specific needs and requests of each brand. The customer success representative also escalates requests which are of high priority to brands and tries to resolve these requests within 24 hours. Ongoing support also includes quarterly reviews with customer success representatives for continual improvement of franchise management programs.
To Support franchisors with their integration needs, FranchiseBlast provides a REST API. Franchisors use this option to export data into their data warehouse or import data into the benchmarking app on a recurring basis. Although most integrations warrant a case-by-case discussion with our team of software engineers, we have a standard API available with a convenient interface allowing developers to easily test API calls within the comfort of their browser.
