Not only can you host an e-commerce engine directly within FranchiseBlast that allows you to sell to your franchisees, you can also setup external e-commerce websites to sell products to retail or wholesale customers. The LavaBlast e-commerce engine is managed exactly like a brick & mortar retail store point of sale from within FranchiseBlast.
The website sales reports can be compared and contrasted with those of the franchisee retail stores as both sell products from the franchise-wide product line. As each franchise is different, we work with each franchisor to configure the software so that orders are sent to the franchisor’s warehouse (franchisor operated or outsourced) or we split orders by supplier and communicate with the suppliers to arrange for drop shipment.

  You can have multiple e-commerce websites. Feel free to have one website for your North American customers and one for your European ones if you manage two separate warehouses.
